  • review rating 5  recently moved from a condo in Downtown to a single-family home in East Atlanta. discovered that we had brown water coming from our hot water faucets, so we reached out to our home warranty providers, who suggested that we use High Priority Plumbing to inspect and possibly replace our hot water heater. HPP did an excellent job from start to finish and made us aware of any outstanding issues with our old water heater and provided great information about replacement options. communication with them was fantastic and we'd definitely use them in the future (even after our home warranty expires!).

review rating 5  One Sunday afternoon in February, 2017 we experienced our second sewer back up in less than a week. We thought our problems were solved by the first plumber that came out earlier that week, but they weren't. High Priority Plumbing accepted the job even though it was a Sunday afternoon. They said the plumber on call was already on a job and didn't know when he would get to us. At 8:00 pm we gave up on anyone coming! At my wits end, I said to myself, "God, please help us!" At 9:45 pm someone was knocking at our door. I knew it had to be the plumber. Even though Jared had called my husband's cell phone twice with no answer, he still came to our home. He did what he could to unclog our sewer line, but also told us that our County Water and Sewer service will come out for emergencies like ours. We called them immediately and they were at our home in about an hour. Jared stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of. He didn't leave until 1:00 am. Jared went beyond the call of duty to make sure our needs were met. Jared is a great person and professional! We will not use anyone else for our plumbing needs! We are so grateful to have Jared watching our backs and you will be too!

review rating 4  Took a half day off from work to be ready for the 2-5 window. Called at 4:30 to be sure that someone was coming and was assured that they were running behind but were on the way. No one ever showed up or called. We called back the next day, a Saturday, and they immediately sent someone to fix our issues. They were extremely apologetic about Friday and I didn’t have to take more time off of work to get our problems fixed. We are very thankful and satisfied with the end result.

  • review rating 5  Dakota was very professional and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond with explaining options, helping to understand and work with warranty company, keeping me updated with arrival times and installing water heater and recirculation pump. Everything was neat and clean when he left. He treated me and my home with respect and I really couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use this company again - thanks Dakota!

review rating 5  Strongly recommend. The technician that arrived, "Eric" was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He performed and tested his work in an efficient manner. He also suggested and provided a written estimate for some other issues that he saw, courteously and withhout pressure. Price was very fair. Would definitely call them again for related issues......

review rating 5  When our 20-yr. old water heater started leaking over the holiday week, High Priority showed up to assess the situation. Eric Jenkins was thorough and knowledgeable and explained us the options with new water heaters. We went with a tankless and he and Dakota Bolt did a great job with the installation. At the end of the installation, Dakota gave a detailed walkthrough of the new system and they were both patient with our questions. We are very happy with our experience with High Priority and highly recommend them.
