What people are saying.
Dakota was very professional and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond with explaining options, helping to understand and work with warranty company, keeping me updated with arrival times and installing water heater and recirculation pump. Everything was neat and clean when he left. He treated me and my home with respect and I really couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use this company again - thanks Dakota!
Just had Dakota Bolt from High Priority Plumbing in to help with a couple different plumbing issues and I received outstanding service. Dakota was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
recently moved from a condo in Downtown to a single-family home in East Atlanta. discovered that we had brown water coming from our hot water faucets, so we reached out to our home warranty providers, who suggested that we use High Priority Plumbing to inspect and possibly replace our hot water heater. HPP did an excellent job from start to finish and made us aware of any outstanding issues with our old water heater and provided great information about replacement options. communication with them was fantastic and we'd definitely use them in the future (even after our home warranty expires!).
Immediate response. Many thanks to High priority and it’s staff. Mr. Gabriel and Ms. Hailey who truly knows how to treat veterans and Home owners well. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the appropriate time. Empathetic to our needs and down to earth. Thanks!
One Sunday afternoon in February, 2017 we experienced our second sewer back up in less than a week. We thought our problems were solved by the first plumber that came out earlier that week, but they weren't. High Priority Plumbing accepted the job even though it was a Sunday afternoon. They said the plumber on call was already on a job and didn't know when he would get to us. At 8:00 pm we gave up on anyone coming! At my wits end, I said to myself, "God, please help us!" At 9:45 pm someone was knocking at our door. I knew it had to be the plumber. Even though Jared had called my husband's cell phone twice with no answer, he still came to our home. He did what he could to unclog our sewer line, but also told us that our County Water and Sewer service will come out for emergencies like ours. We called them immediately and they were at our home in about an hour. Jared stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of. He didn't leave until 1:00 am. Jared went beyond the call of duty to make sure our needs were met. Jared is a great person and professional! We will not use anyone else for our plumbing needs! We are so grateful to have Jared watching our backs and you will be too!
C J was very professional and on time, he repaired the issues and did an awesome job. He took the time to fix the issue and to make sure that the customer was satisfied. I have used High Priority twice and they have been GREAT!! I also must say that Katelyn was a great help also with explaining water pressure in the home. GREAT SERVICE , and would recommend to anyone. Thanks High Priority.
I don't know where to begin. Lets see, my parents are in their mid 80's and really don't have the patience to speak with people all day. They had water in their gas line. Yes huge problem. Home owner's insurance said they would not cover it and we would need to reach out to our warranty insurance. Well we did and they were only going to cover a portion, while we had to pay the bulk of it. Denise V is beyond the best in accounting. This company took the time with me while mind you I was calling from Atlanta and my parents live in Savannah. Denise, I cant say enough about how she educated me on the steps to take and encouraged me to call my insurance company back to reconsider. I did and they did too! The technicians were great and detailed in work. Diagnosing the problem but making sure they were accurate in their diagnoses. Finding the problem was in another area. They are THOROUGH in finding the problem! If ever there is another problem, be it Savannah or Atlanta I will call High Priority FIRST!
I need a 6th star! I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had a water main break and initially I thought It was better to call a brand name( Mr. Rooter). Well after they screwed up my service request and gave me the run around for a entire day. I decided to try High Priority. So glad I did! Gabriel came out and access the situation. Thoroughly explained to me all of my options. The price to repair was the same as RR but the price to replace the line was 600 dollars cheaper! They were here 1st thing this morning and done in 2hrs. There was a possibility that they could hit the electrical because it was installed right next to the water pipe. I had to sign a waiver but they got it done with no damages. Gabriel was great and went over and beyond my expectations. Taking time to explain other things concerning my pipes that he really didn't have to. His job was already done. I could go on and on but I think I've made my point. I will be calling them from now on and would recommend them over the bigger companies because they actually care about their customers
Took a half day off from work to be ready for the 2-5 window. Called at 4:30 to be sure that someone was coming and was assured that they were running behind but were on the way. No one ever showed up or called. We called back the next day, a Saturday, and they immediately sent someone to fix our issues. They were extremely apologetic about Friday and I didn’t have to take more time off of work to get our problems fixed. We are very thankful and satisfied with the end result.
