What people are saying.
Just wanted to take the time to say that Thomas was great. He really had a difficult job to do replacing my water pressure regulator. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Thomas!
Chris arrived at my home as discussed on time to evaluate and repair a water leak in my kitchen which recently began. He was courteous as he introduced himself and stated why he was here at the residence. I invited him in, showed him the leak in the kitchen and proceeded upstairs to the shower in the Master Bedroom. He evaluated the problem within minutes, informed me what he needed to do to repair it and proceeded to do that throughout the home in another room and the kitchen and was finished within 30 minutes or less. He provided me some options to address the small area in the kitchen. I was anticipating a major, costly, repair. Thank the Lord he was very professional, diagnosed exactly what was wrong, fixed it and left me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company for plumbing concerns.
Service Repair Man. Dakota was excellent. He did a quality job replacing the pressure control valve on our home water system. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and had great customer service skills.
Eric Jenkins at High priority plumbing exceeded my expectations. He came to my house on 3 different occasions for my toilet, sink, and water heater and every time resolved each issue. He is friendly, personable, and easy to reach. Definitely recommend Eric and this company.
They arrived on the scheduled time. Dakota was professional and very nice guy. He fixed the problem in no time. He made sure to educate me on how to avoid future problems on my plumbing. They are on my call list If I ever need to call them again!
Just wanted everyone to know that this company earned a 5STAR rating and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. It was a great experience from the first phone call all the way until my problem was diagnosed and then fixed. In this day and age it was a pleasure dealing with a company who came out and did what they said they can do with out any headaches or run arounds. There Technician Dakota was very confident, polite and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and comfortable even though at that time we were in a very different frame of mind. Dakota explained everything that was going on. He gave me options and was even able to answer all our questions. You can definitely say he takes pride in his work and bye the end of the job we felt that we would definitely higher High Priority Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.
One Sunday afternoon in February, 2017 we experienced our second sewer back up in less than a week. We thought our problems were solved by the first plumber that came out earlier that week, but they weren't. High Priority Plumbing accepted the job even though it was a Sunday afternoon. They said the plumber on call was already on a job and didn't know when he would get to us. At 8:00 pm we gave up on anyone coming! At my wits end, I said to myself, "God, please help us!" At 9:45 pm someone was knocking at our door. I knew it had to be the plumber. Even though Jared had called my husband's cell phone twice with no answer, he still came to our home. He did what he could to unclog our sewer line, but also told us that our County Water and Sewer service will come out for emergencies like ours. We called them immediately and they were at our home in about an hour. Jared stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of. He didn't leave until 1:00 am. Jared went beyond the call of duty to make sure our needs were met. Jared is a great person and professional! We will not use anyone else for our plumbing needs! We are so grateful to have Jared watching our backs and you will be too!
When our 20-yr. old water heater started leaking over the holiday week, High Priority showed up to assess the situation. Eric Jenkins was thorough and knowledgeable and explained us the options with new water heaters. We went with a tankless and he and Dakota Bolt did a great job with the installation. At the end of the installation, Dakota gave a detailed walkthrough of the new system and they were both patient with our questions. We are very happy with our experience with High Priority and highly recommend them.
I don't know where to begin. Lets see, my parents are in their mid 80's and really don't have the patience to speak with people all day. They had water in their gas line. Yes huge problem. Home owner's insurance said they would not cover it and we would need to reach out to our warranty insurance. Well we did and they were only going to cover a portion, while we had to pay the bulk of it. Denise V is beyond the best in accounting. This company took the time with me while mind you I was calling from Atlanta and my parents live in Savannah. Denise, I cant say enough about how she educated me on the steps to take and encouraged me to call my insurance company back to reconsider. I did and they did too! The technicians were great and detailed in work. Diagnosing the problem but making sure they were accurate in their diagnoses. Finding the problem was in another area. They are THOROUGH in finding the problem! If ever there is another problem, be it Savannah or Atlanta I will call High Priority FIRST!
