I contacted High Priority in the midst of an anxiety attack. Haley(Customer Service Rep) took my call and knew EXACTLY what to say to calm me down. She was awesome! She scheduled me with Dakota (technician) who was amazing. He and his crew of 3 men were kind, professional, efficient and neat. Ms. Denise, the billing manager, was also a gem. She worked diligently on keeping my payment plan practical for both myself & the company. This was my 2nd time using them for my plumbing needs. Each visit has exceeded my expectations. Seldom, have I been in contact with many contractors/companies with this this level of customer service! I highly recommend without reservation!
