C J was very professional and on time, he repaired the issues and did an awesome job. He took the time to fix the issue and to make sure that the customer was satisfied. I have used High Priority twice and they have been GREAT!! I also must say that Katelyn was a great help also with explaining water pressure in the home. GREAT SERVICE , and would recommend to anyone. Thanks High Priority.
As before I received the best service. Jackie Johnson arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater. I made my appointment on Monday and the soonest appointment I could get was on Wednesday. My daughter wanted me to get someone else but I told her High Priority is worth the wait. I definitely recommend their fast, reliable and professional service.
When our 20-yr. old water heater started leaking over the holiday week, High Priority showed up to assess the situation. Eric Jenkins was thorough and knowledgeable and explained us the options with new water heaters. We went with a tankless and he and Dakota Bolt did a great job with the installation. At the end of the installation, Dakota gave a detailed walkthrough of the new system and they were both patient with our questions. We are very happy with our experience with High Priority and highly recommend them.
I had a previous issue that was left unresolved with another "well known" plumbing company. So much for falling for those "consumer websites." They came out twice and the issue was never resolved. I am so glad I found High Priority Plumbing. My entire experience was great. Jay Ferguson was the technician that came to my house and he could not have been nicer. My downstairs toilet is now fixed. Thank you for the wonderful service. I am glad to have a new trustworthy plumbing service. I highly recommend High Priority Plumbing.

My home was serviced by Dakota Bolt, CJ, and Tim who were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They were timely, informative, professional, and just had great energy. Everything was explained thoroughly before any work began. They even gave me options for places to cut in order for them to access the plumbing for my bathtub! Communications with the main office were also pleasant and helpful. High Priority has wonderful customer service and made myself and my house a priority. 10/10 would recommend and use again if needed.
