What people are saying.
My service technician was great. Got to my house early and fixed the problem within 20-30 min. Wore booties on his feet and was super polite. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Our hot water heater started leaking, and i got several estimates . After following up with all the recommendations that I received I decided to go with High Priority. Jeff from High Priority came out and replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and professional and by far the best value i could find. I have already recommended High Priority Plumbing to friends and family if they have any plumbing needs in the future.
Took a half day off from work to be ready for the 2-5 window. Called at 4:30 to be sure that someone was coming and was assured that they were running behind but were on the way. No one ever showed up or called. We called back the next day, a Saturday, and they immediately sent someone to fix our issues. They were extremely apologetic about Friday and I didn’t have to take more time off of work to get our problems fixed. We are very thankful and satisfied with the end result.
I need a 6th star! I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had a water main break and initially I thought It was better to call a brand name( Mr. Rooter). Well after they screwed up my service request and gave me the run around for a entire day. I decided to try High Priority. So glad I did! Gabriel came out and access the situation. Thoroughly explained to me all of my options. The price to repair was the same as RR but the price to replace the line was 600 dollars cheaper! They were here 1st thing this morning and done in 2hrs. There was a possibility that they could hit the electrical because it was installed right next to the water pipe. I had to sign a waiver but they got it done with no damages. Gabriel was great and went over and beyond my expectations. Taking time to explain other things concerning my pipes that he really didn't have to. His job was already done. I could go on and on but I think I've made my point. I will be calling them from now on and would recommend them over the bigger companies because they actually care about their customers
My plumbing issue was nightmare. I was hit with my 3rd slab leak within my home, and it couldn't have happened at the worse time. This particular leak was wasting 20,000 gallons per day! I contacted High Priority in the midst of an anxiety attack. Haley(Customer Service Rep) took my call and knew EXACTLY what to say to calm me down. She was awesome! She scheduled me with Dakota (technician) who was amazing. He and his crew of 3 men were kind, professional, efficient and neat. Ms. Denise, the billing manager, was also a gem. She worked diligently on keeping my payment plan practical for both myself & the company. This was my 2nd time using them for my plumbing needs. Each visit has exceeded my expectations. Seldom, have I been in contact with many contractors/companies with this this level of customer service! I highly recommend without reservation!
Josh came out to take a look at my jack and Jill bath because I thought there was a possible leak. He did an amazing job in explaining to me what needed to be done. Although there was no leak he still was very informative. I’d referred them to anyone.
High Priority Plumbing was great from the first phone contact. The scheduler was friendly and accommodating. Evan, the plumber, called before he his arrival, arrived on time, and fixed all our items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call them again.
I have been STRESSING OUT over a slab leak. Old Republic home warranty referred me to High Priority Plumbing. So I called and chatted with the SWEETEST lady - Tessa. Tessa is a BLESSING! She was making phone calls to the service guys in my area to find someone who could come out with a leak detector tonight! It's after 1pm! This lady has MADE MY DAY! Thank you Tessa for being my guardian angel!
Evan is amazing. Just bought our first home about 4 months ago (so clueless about plumbing issues) been struggling with our garage , utility room and downstairs bathroom flooding for a few days. He got the it cleared, gave me some great advise to avoid the issue in the future and even helped me locate the main water shut off for worst case scenario. Would absolutely use them again and recommend!
