First off, I'm not sure my appreciation can be truly expressed in writing. After realizing my gas hot water heater wasn't working last night, I contacted my home warranty company this morning around 6:30 am via the website who chose High Priority Plumbing. I was contacted around 10 am and was first scheduled for Sun. After speaking with the representative, she put me on hold and came back with the best she could do was the next day at 9am-12. Which was fine with me. After about an hour or so passed, I received a call and stated the service guy can be here in about 30 min, which was extremely pleasing.
I then received a call and text from Chris, the service Tech saying he was en route and will be here in 30 min. Extremely prompt. Chris was extremely nice and immediately went to work on my gas heater. He informed me of everything he was doing while working on the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt if he couldn't fix it then it couldn't be done. Not only did he fix the issue, but also advised me on the normal life span of the heater and additional useful information. Just a great all around experience. Living here in Atlanta, you don't get this type of service often. Thank you Chris, and High Priority Company for your dedication to customer service. You have found a customer for life. If you ever need any assistance and this company can help, don't hesitate to contact them. I'm sure the other tech's are great as well, but I can truly speak for Chris. Thank you so much.
